Asian Systems Office (ASO) – Systems & Service Operations (SSO)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Staff will be required to perform daily IT Service Desk User Admin functions.
  • He /She will be assigned to answer bank internal service enquiry hotline.
  • Staff will use Service Ticketing system to record service request and issue and followed up with closure of ticket.
  • Secondary task will be performing User ID administration functions.
  • Execute Users ID and granting access according to approved UAM.
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks include creating documentation from time to time.  


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree qualification.
  • Previous experience in handling IT Service Desk or IT Helpdesk will be an advantage.
  • He/ She must be customer oriented with good attitude. Willing to learn new skills from time to time in order to perform the assigned job functions.
  • He/ She must demonstrate patient and willing to listen to customer’s reported problem.
