What you'll bring

a) Financial
  • Good knowledge of budgetary fundamentals and financial management.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Assist in preparing the budget during the annual OP exercise and ensure tight budgetary control
  • Prepare GST Reconciliation Report
  • Compilation of Productivity statistics for Scorecard for the department

b) Process
  • Assist the Team Manager to review and update process maps / procedures
c) Risk
  • Review of system and physical access
  • Assist Compliance Officer in the risk related matters

e) People
  • Manpower Requisition
  • Arrange cross-training for new joiners and staff
  • Conduct orientation for new joiners
  • General Administrative Duties


Qualifications
What you'll bring
  • Preferably a degree holder
  • Possesses some experience with budgetary fundamentals, financial management and preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Ability to be meticulous and task-oriented and can multitask
