Assistant Manager, Cyber Assurance
You will be part of the cyber defense team, to strengthen the framework of cyber defense & security controls and measures of NTUC Income against adversaries and threats. You will specialise in supporting various cybersecurity programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a data loss prevention program to include DLP policies, operations, remediations and reporting
  • Support a threat and vulnerability management program to include ongoing penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, threat detection and remediation
  • Support the running of cyber defense intelligence, protect, monitoring and respond pillars
  • Apply mitigating actions including incident investigation, triage and forensic, containment of such cyber or security attacks via blocking and containment of such attacks
  • Review, analyse, and report on emerging technologies and their effect on the cybersecurity posture of NTUC Income
  • Implement various security solutions as controls and measures for effective threats mitigation
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the architecture and/or infrastructure of existing systems in the areas of cybersecurity
  • Ensure appropriate security and procedural controls are in place in accordance with MAS Technology Risk Management and IT policies
  • Work cooperatively with technical and non-technical personnel in other departments and business users to accomplish enterprise-wide goals
  • Manage outsource vendors, ensure service levels (SLA) are met and identify areas for improvements
  • Undertake other projects and tasks that may be assigned by management


Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT/Information security; preferably in banking or insurance industry
  • Familiar with MAS Technology Risk Management
  • Able to work independently and proactively, as well as a team
  • Possess good working attitude and self-motivated to learn
  • Possess specialised skill sets like data loss prevention, server hardening review, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, malware analysis or forensic
  • At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience on DLP tools as ClearSwift, Digital Guardian, Forcepoint
  • Working knowledge on VAPT tools such as Rapid7, Nessus, NMAP, Metasploit
  • Familiar with core network security technologies such as Proxy, Web Content Filter, Network Firewalls, Email Content Filter, APT and Intrusion Protection Systems
  • SANS or CISSP certification is a plus
