As part of its continued growth, the bank is seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to support its Southeast Asia (SEA) client coverage team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected institution and work alongside experienced Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional private banking services.

1. Partner closely with Relationship Managers to provide comprehensive support in managing High Net Worth client relationships across the Southeast Asia market.
2. Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including account opening, account maintenance, client onboarding and periodic KYC reviews.
3. Coordinate trade execution, fund transfers and other client instructions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
4. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of client requests.
5. Prepare client meeting materials, coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative support to Relationship Managers.
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and operational risk controls.
7. Support team initiatives and undertake ad hoc projects as required.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an Assistant Relationship Manager, Client Relationship Officer or similar Private Banking support role.
3. Proven experience supporting Relationship Managers covering Southeast Asia clients within a Private Banking environment.
4. Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, account maintenance, trade support and private banking operations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Highly organised, meticulous and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification is required.
