We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate, Collections Credit Control .

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for dunning on all over limit, delinquent and revoked Retail Banking Wealth Management, Secured and Unsecured accounts to control and minimize default rate or losses
  • Responsible for doing quality and quantity dunning and recommend appropriate actions.
  • By being effective in securing promises to pay.
  • By handling difficult and complex situations when necessary.
  • By negotiating with customers to work out viable solutions with cost effective measures to achieve performance
  • To work with lawyers closely and adopt best legal actions with maximum recoveries at minimal costs
  • To work with Credit Counselling Singapore and adopt best repayment plan for customers
  • Able to recommending an effective Collections actions reflecting a balanced approach towards limiting financial losses.
  • Able to maximize Recoveries

  • Relevant years of experience related to collections and is able to manage and review both Secured and Unsecured accounts.
  • Prior experience working in similar role within large financial institution will be advantageous
  • Able to work within large group and matrix environment
  • Good spoken and written communication skill
  • Additional language proficiency preferred either in, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil as this role requires the person to liaise with clients speaking in one of these languages.
  • Excellent computer skills with ability to work with Microsoft office.
