This is a newly created role in which you would be working very closely with the CFO in devising Group platform and each country-level financing and capital structure strategies and formulating specific action plans.
You will play a critical role in establishing new banking relationship in various countries proactively and manage the existing relationship independently or in collaboration with each country office, ensuring loans are negotiated and drawn down timely for growth in each country.
As this is a newly created role, and a lean set up, you are expected to be hands-on and be able to produce regular Group cashflow projection review and to produce teasers, financial models and pitchbooks for both debt and equity fundraising.
As the Group has projects in the major gateway cities in APAC, you would be expected to devise and implement process and mechanisms to monitor financial risks across various countries and at Group level including but not limited to foreign currencies and interest rates exposures.
We are looking for someone who has at least 8 - 10 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate structuring and treasury, and in the real estate sector and with direct loan experience.
