Overview of Division/Department

Asia & Oceania Department is coordination function for offices under Asia & Oceana region. Overall purpose of Asia & Oceania Department are as follows. - Set up business strategy for Asia & Oceania
- Set up business plan and conduct profit management for the offices in Asia & Oceania
- Build and maintain the management of office in Asia & Oceania
- Oversee the legal matters in Asia & Oceania
- Comply with the local regulatory of each country in Asia & Oceania

Job Responsibilities
  • In charge of secretarial work for the General Manager of Asia & Oceania Department
  • In charge of administrative matters in Asia & Oceania Department
  • In charge of analysis and research related to business strategy in Asia & Oceania
  • In charge of communicating office in Asia & Oceania and collecting the information needed instead of Managers
  • In charge of the relevant issues related to the regional head quarter functions


Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in accounting and finance will be an advantage
  • PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) will be an advantage
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written), in order to read and understand documents as well as respond/present to our Head Office in Japan, Singapore branch and other branches in Asia & Oceania.
