APCB is a department dedicated to driving local business growth across the Asia-Pacific region. It operates through five sections - Banking COO, Solutions, Sector Coverage, Products, and Syndication - and covers regional strategy, financial planning, internal control and administration, client and capital strategy, solutions, product development, sector coverage, and syndicated lending. Based in Singapore and Hong Kong, the department places strong emphasis on compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to local regulations while working to expand sustainable NJP business in APAC.

Job Responsibilities
This position provides administrative, operational, and executive secretarial support to the Asia Pacific Corporate Banking Department and the Bank COO (including Front Office support).

• The role covers daily secretarial duties, schedule management, travel arrangements, expense claim processing, invoice handling, data entry, filing, and other general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• A high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution is required.
• Co-ordinate system accesses, on-boarding, documentation and liaise with various control functions.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in an office or administrative environment, as an Executive Assistant or Team Administrator is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power-point, Word) & Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous.
• Diligent and able to complete tasks promptly and with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
