Your role will be responsible for managing and executing a project for the Custody and Clearing initiative that the bank wishes to undertake.

  • Organise meetings and lead discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
  • Problem analysis and propose recommendations or solutions
  • Work closely with global Project Management team and Technology team
  • Follow up on project status and furnish updates to stakeholders on progress against plan
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing process
  • Identify and report risks/issues
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews

skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience within the Financial Services sector
  • Strong understanding of Custody & Clearing Operations, the nature of services provided, the client base and the relationship between Hubs
  • Good knowledge of account setups and compliance within the Custody framework
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective communications skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
