Business Development Manager - Acquisition

  • Acquire and develop borrowing relationships with new to bank customers.
  • Understand the business life cycle of the prospects and advise them on how OCBC can support their growth.
  • Extend beyond office to see how financing can be used to positively impact customer
  • Make in-depth recommendations and insights on prospects' positions in terms of risk and credit worthiness.


Qualifications
  • A Degree holder with at least 1 year of SME banking or corporate sales experience.
  • Focused and a result-oriented individual who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.
  • Having the capacity to take on ad-hoc initiatives to build overall business strategy.
  • Eager for exposure to new ideas, experiences and opportunities.
  • Determined to progress and establish a career within the bank.
