  • Lead projects on payroll systems implementation
  • Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes and third party payments)
  • Manage large scale payroll projects with strong planning skill
  • Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems
  • Oversee and direct payroll procedures for a portfolio of clients
  • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
  • Review payroll processes and draft payroll Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure SLAs and agreed KPIs are met at all time
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Supervise and coach payroll executives
  • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
  • Review and ensure accurate records of payroll deliverables and timeliness
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
  • Act as the main point of contact for existing clients and prospects
  • Respond to RFP and prepare payroll proposals
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and accounting teams

Job Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 year's relevant work experience preferably in professional payroll outsourcing firm or in a large size multinational
  • Experience in HR system implementation
  • Have a solid record of accomplishment in delivering system implementing projects with significant exposure to end to end test management and test automation.
  • Comfortable working in matrix reporting multinational environment and able to work well with other HR in the APAC region to drive delivery
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. Workday, SAP, ADP, ...) and MS Office
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
  • Excellent client servicing and strong project management skills
  • An analytical mind with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
  • Organizational and leadership skills
