A leading real estate investment platform with global presence is looking for a CFO to based in Singapore or Shanghai. Employment Pass to work in Singapore can be sorted by the employer. The ideal candidate needs to have 12-20 years of relevant experience, including previous experience working as CFO for a corporate or a financial institution. Experience in banking and/ or direct investment experience particularly in real estate will be a plus. Proficiency in English and Mandarin are required.
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team - Providing strategic views to the CEO and the executive committee - Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting - Advising on long-term business and financial planning - Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
