The Regional Market Management Product Manager is to drive deep client engagement leveraging on the bank's technology and connectivity platform. Using bank's technology platform to position, create multiplier effect and enhance value proposition to bank's client, with a view to increase existing wallet share or support Sales pipeline. Responsible for developing client solutions and working with global and regional product partners to commercialize of products and technology in APAC.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible Client Solutioning and Market Management of the Digital Channel products across APAC.
  • Drive commercialization of capabilities in Digital Channels
    • Promote SWIFT GPI to corporate clients
    • Increase internal and external stake holder awareness of open banking in APAC
  • Drive technology discussions and workshops with clients to support Sales pipeline
  • Support country, regional and global sales to drive revenue, maintain service and competitive advantage
  • Position J.P. Morgan technology and Open Banking capabilities as a key differentiator to external clients
  • Engage in internal and external forum to promote J.P. Morgan technology offerings.
  • Review current offerings with view to improve and innovate products and refine processes
  • Have a good understanding of risk attributes cash management product
  • Develop new product solutions for our target client segments
  • Work with country teams to ensure core and/or advanced capabilities are in line with regional payment strategy
Qualifications:
  • Have at least 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, product development and commercialization of rollout in cash management products.
  • Experience in Client Discussions and presentations, supported RFP presentations, conducted client solution workshops and comfortable with meeting clients.
  • Solid and thorough understanding of Digital Channel (H2H/Ebanking/Swift/API) infrastructure within Asia, banking back-office systems and information reporting functions.
  • Strong in project management with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects, with an eye for detail
  • Good understanding and appreciation of competitive developments.
  • Strong analytical skills and good with numbers.
  • Energetic self-starter; able to take initiative and run with it - confident, articulate and driven personality who can work across different functions, country teams and cultures to deliver products enhancements.
  • Have the ability to transform business requirements into regional innovative solutions for clients
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, a mature self motivated team player
