Position Summary:

Leading the Digital Channels Product for Treasury Services-Asia. Will have a team of ~6 people to manage Browser/Internet Banking, File Management/Host-to-Host and SWIFT channels capabilities. The scope of the job includes Product Strategy, Product Development, Solutioning and Client Engagement. The role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders in the region/globally, and sales/bankers including functional partners such as Operations, Risk and Technology. He/She will support the execution of the next level of the Digital Channels strategy and play a key role in the product management of the Digital Channels' products at JPMorgan, working closely with multiple partners in the CIB businesses to deliver one unified, cash management experience to clients.

Roles and responsibilities specifically include:

• Define & execute the Asia Digital Channels strategy to achieve enhanced capabilities, increase operational efficiency and increase revenue.
• Partnering closely with Clients & Sales to understand their cash management needs and pull together leading-edge solutions that meet client needs and/or offers competitive advantage.
• Help to drive the Regional Product Agenda based on client requirements and local sector strategies.
• Leadership role in driving value proposition for the product with clients and front-end teams.
• Contribute towards thought leadership dialogues with Clients and Industry Bodies.
• Anticipate changes happening in the industry and lead from front to drive change.
• Build and maintain relationships with APAC TS Country Heads, Global partners and Regional Sales teams.
• Ensure strong Risk Management compliance and adherence to client-relevant Audit, Credit, Compliance and Risk policies.
• Understand and analyze industry trends in Cash Management, Risk & Regulatory developments and Competitive Landscape.
• Ensure the proper value proposition is at the forefront of all internal and external marketing of Digital Channels.
• A thorough understanding of Corporate Treasury functions and how clients interact with banking products.
• The ability to interact with Sales and Clients to extract product needs and opportunities for enhancements, coupled with the innovative insight to translate those needs into scalable innovative product solutions and opportunities.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills including business case creation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive strategic & tactical execution.
• Synthesize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences.
• Established leadership experience across multiple functional areas.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience with internal and external clients.
• The ability to lead development-based projects from start through finish; build and socialize requirements, partner across various Product and Technology teams, create and execute project plans.

• 10+ years' experience in Cash Management, with particular strengths in Product Management and proficiency in Technology-based projects.
• Strong financial, analytical and strategic skillset to understand local market requirements and determine appropriate strategy for the product.
• Strong verbal and written Communications Skills.
• Energetic Team player and Execution-oriented Self-starter who likes to take initiative, and is able to get things done.
• Leadership and influencing skills to get internal support for business objectives.
• MBA or other Graduate degree required; proven Treasury Management experience a plus.
