Job Description

  • This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Business Transformation team to support delivery of a quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
  • Provide Change Management and training expertise to implement the COLT (Client Onboarding Lifecycle Tool) operating model and platform into BAU


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support Change Management & Operational Readiness workstream in driving operating model and platform implementations across in-scope countries
  • Enable successful delivery of the Training & Communications workstream:
    • Assess training and communication needs of impacted stakeholder groups
    • Develop training plans to establish and deliver learning curriculum across impacted stakeholder groups
    • Develop training content and deliver training via various channels to cover impacted regions and countries (e.g. online content, face-to-face training sessions, Train-the-Trainer, guidance communications, etc.)
    • Support delivery of the COLT communications plan to drive stakeholder engagement and cascade key project messages across a broad range of global stakeholders
  • Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver workstream outcomes
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to deliver workstream outcomes and provide inputs for project governance forums
  • Required to travel during peak implementation periods to deliver in-country training
  • Occasional need to liaise across timezones (US, UK, HK) to engage local stakeholders

  • Effectively manages relevant business stakeholders across the end-to-end Client Lifecycle, including Relationship Managers, Product teams, COBAM and CET
  • COLT Business Analysts
  • COLT IT delivery teams
  • COLT Project Managers
  • CLDM Policy Implementation
  • Regional Change Delivery teams


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in planning, developing and delivering trainer across multiple on a relevant project
  • Weighs up benefits of short term tactical and long term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing
  • Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight
  • Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking
  • Subject matter expertise in CDD and CLM systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation
  • Knowledge of CIB and CB business segments, client types and product offerings
