Position Overview


The Deutsche Bank CSO organization is looking for APAC Head of DLP who will be responsible for overseeing all DLP Operations in APAC, co-operation with control functions and stakeholders regarding all DLP matters as well people management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of overseeing the operation of DLP Incident Assessment and Investigation team
  • Provides subject-matter expertise to DLP related queries
  • Analysis of current process from the operational perspective and proposing improvements for greater efficiency
  • Ensure regulatory and internal policies compliance
  • Gap analysis, risk assessment, dlp controls improvement and implementation oversight
  • Close collaboration with control functions and business in respect to all DLP aspects
  • People and Vendor management
  • Managing deliverables of the team
  • Governance and reporting

Skill Summary:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in banking industry
  • Previous experience in Cyber Security related roles
  • Very good knowledge of APAC countries regulatory requirements related to Cyber Security aspects
  • Experience in working with Control Functions
  • Possess good judgment and able to make sound decisions promptly
  • Experience in process or policies improvements
  • Strong communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good judgment and able to make sound decisions promptly

Skills (Recommended):
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • A positive attitude and a high productivity rate.
  • Good understanding in business related information.
  • Experience in IT related information is a plus.
  • Business Analysis experience would be an asset

Education | Certification (Recommended):
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution
  • CISSP or similar certification
