Your new role
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business and establishing a scalable commercial foundation for future expansion.
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the overall go-to-market and revenue growth strategy
• Build and manage a high-quality enterprise sales pipeline
• Establish and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across financial institutions and fintech organisations
• Lead strategic customer acquisition and partnership initiatives
• Drive commercial planning, forecasting and revenue operations
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams on market expansion opportunities
• Provide commercial leadership across new markets and customer segments
• Contribute to long-term organisational growth and business strategy

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a senior commercial, revenue, sales or business leadership position
• Strong background within fintech, financial services, banking technology or SaaS businesses
• Demonstrated success selling technology solutions into enterprise customers
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and executive-level stakeholder engagement
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capture growth opportunities
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership style suited to a high-growth environment
• Experience operating across Southeast Asia will be highly regarded
