We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Claims Assessor.
In this role, you will
- Assess all minor and major claims for Retail Business
- Monitor and ensure maturity, annuity and scheduled coupon transactions are processed correctly and done within the service turnaround.
- Update blacklist clients in the system
- Manage and provide guidance to offshore staff
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
- Strong experience of Life and Critical illness claims experience
- Good Team player
