We are currently looking for a Client Service Manager, Priority Clients to provide excellent customer service to Priority Clients. The individual will assist assigned Relationship Managers in achieving financial targets by providing strong support function. You are responsible to grow and deepen Priority customers' relationships through effective relationship engagement, with a special focus on ensuring proper on boarding of customers into Priority Banking segment.

We are currently looking for a Client Service Manager, Priority Clients to provide excellent customer service to Priority Clients. The individual will assist assigned Relationship Managers in achieving financial targets by providing strong support function.

  • To grow and deepen Priority customers' relationships through effective relationship engagement, with a special focus on ensuring proper on boarding of customers into Priority Banking segment.
  • To deepen existing customer relationships for Priority Banking segment to the specified service standards and full suit of benefits.
  • To encourage product penetration across portfolio through robust portfolio engagement and referrals.
  • To grow the portfolio to ensure core product holdings of Priority Banking are established.
  • To achieve the target NPS score in customer satisfaction.
  • To comply with the compliance guidelines of all processes

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess minimum Bachelor Degree or similar.
  • Prior experience in branch service or RSM experience is an advantage
  • Experience from other service industries with a passion in service and banking may also apply
  • Effectively bilingual in English and a second language.
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills
