APAC position to Govern the Conduct Risk of the organisation. Uphold business integrity by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective Compliance program with specific focus on relevant health regulations (e.g., fraud & abuse, advertising & promotion, non-promotional and clinical activities) and industry codes.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Monitor a range of business activities, records and transactions to prepare comprehensive analyses and summary reports of monitoring activities in effort to proactively comply with regulatory guidelines, company policies and/or written standards.

  • Provide recommendations for corrective action and remediation to business.

  • Conduct thorough timely review and analyses of various company business records, functions and processes in accordance with established business rules, audit and monitoring practices and work programs;

  • Conduct live monitoring activities, including sales representative co-travel and speaker program observations Collaborate with key internal and external business partners in order to support and continuously enhance Compliance Monitoring personnel knowledge and training;

  • Utilize various technical applications, navigating through various data systems, gathering and analyzing data from multiple relevant sources in order to identify trends, patterns of non-compliance and or gaps in established key controls, processes and/or procedures;

  • Effectively share and communicate monitoring observations, support the development of remediation plan with key business stakeholders;

  • Conduct appropriate follow-up and periodic monitoring activities to ensure remediation and corrective action plans are implemented and carried out

  • Support timely and effective communication and implementation of any new deliverables based on the outcome of monitoring, investigations, risk assessments and corrective action remediation plans.

  • Support investigations of reported compliance related issues and help ensure investigations are conducted timely and according to established policy and standard processes; support internal audit preparation and remediation actions, and effectively communicate audit observations and best practices.
