Job Objective A professional with Exchange and/or Exchange Technology related experience focusing on the blockchains, cryptocurrency and digital token issuance in the trading space. Demonstrated ability in understanding and spearheading customer experience, product strategies onboarding and roadmaps in the digital space. Has a keen interest in evolving financial industry trends in decentralised finance. Brings leadership, product and trading knowledge, industry research and innovation capabilities. Responsibilities
Lead the customer experience and platform teams to drive customer satisfaction and innovation.
Lead design development, provide direction and execution within the Digital Exchange ecosystem.
Drive technical member onboarding across all platforms.
Identify business requirements and develop respective business cases.
Define and gather business needs and participate to further develop the ecosystem.
Build and define processes and best practices to be adopted across teams.
Lead project planning, delivery, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain technical relationships with all participants.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from different levels of the organisation.
Partner and drive the vendor relationships to provide strategic and future-ready technology.
Monitor and support post implementation of all Digital Exchange platforms.
Work across businesses with internal and external stakeholders enabling smooth delivery of business operations & processes of the Digital Exchange's platforms.
Create and maintain process documents, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation for ongoing support.
Ensure the business initiatives and operating functions meet DBS Group's risk, governance, and conduct policies.
Represent the face of the Digital Exchange to the senior members of the organisation and across the membership base.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with a keen interest in finance and financial products.
At least 7 year's relevant experience in a Capital Markets technology with good knowledge of processes and systems supporting trading, trade settlements, custodial services and/or risk management solutions.
Knowledge of the distributed ledger technology in the cryptocurrency space and fractionalised trading.
Strong people skills to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth customer journey and projects.
Sound understanding and hands-on experience in all phases of the project lifecycle.
Effective written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong collaboration and a problem solver who performs well in diverse settings across levels.
