The incumbent will join the Business Planning and Analysis (BP&A) team in Finance. The BP&A team strives to be the go-to business financial advisor by providing value added financial analytics to support business decisions and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business units to provide insights to performance and efficiency to facilitate achievement of the business key performance indicators (KPI).
  • To design and establish KPI Frameworks across the bank that shape behaviour aligning to the bank's objective.
  • To lead in bank-wide pricing governance initiatives.
  • Formulate money market pricing strategies to allow greater balance sheet optimization and management.
  • Play a pivotal role in the annual budgeting process


Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance.
  • CFA / CPA an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business Finance within the banking industry.
  • Knowledge in project management, balance sheet management, pricing governance and KPIs frameworks.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills needed for senior stakeholders management.
  • Independent and hands on at work.
