Job Purpose:
  • Lead the APAC/EMEA regional team country coordination in relation to Citi Asia's engagement performance. This performance driven Marketer will ensure that each Digital Engagement representative across Asia is delivering activity aligned to defined targets
  • This role will lead the management and communication between APAC/EMEA and country level representatives providing provide digital engagement insights and strategies to drive the key performance indicators across the Regional digital engagement (DE) team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Core part of this role is building and establishing strong relationships with each Digital Engagement lead and drive accountability and delivery against defined initiatives
  • Manage KPIs reported for Asia, supports DE team on communication of performance indicators to markets
  • Drive deep dive discussions with markets to analyze current portfolio and create plans to drive metrics
  • Delivers innovative ways to display data and market trends related to digital engagement to increase understanding of our customer's engagement and insight across the DE and broader teams
  • Work closely with Global, Regional and country teams to ensure that metrics definition and data generation methodology are aligned across markets
  • Develop and establish new KPIs to measure performance and drive digital usage (aligned to market best practice)
  • Maintain the integrity of data
  • Leverage monthly data to identify and analyze trends, gaps/spikes/anomalies, key drivers, and opportunities for cross-regional sharing of learnings and best practices; correlate digital trends with omni-channel user behavior
  • Manage timelines for monthly/quarterly reporting supporting team on relevant digital engagement presentations
  • Partner with key third party industry providers to leverage appropriate external bench-marking surveys and research as appropriate
  • Ability to create global executive level summary reports, presentations to reflect Asia's digital progress and opportunities
  • Be the voice and lead of the Asia team in the evolution of scorecard metrics road-map (Provide thought leadership on evolving KPIs/data aggregation/ insight analysis/reporting methodologies and processes, with focus on driving continued process improvement)
  • Identify impact of digital initiatives on digital customer behaviors and showcase resulting performance data


The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing business/finance (or a related discipline)
  • 5-7 years of work experience in in Digital analytics/ Business oriented role
  • Advanced MS Powerpoint and MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
  • Robust strategic, operational and project management skills
  • Must have analytical background and experience managing/organizing information to identify trends and extract key conclusions
