This role will sit within the Regional Customer Franchise organization, comprising Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Banking and Decision Management teams. This multidisciplinary group is responsible for many of the essential stages of the customer life cycle, from driving awareness, engagement and sales, to delivering the increasingly digital services that are expected by our customers. With Digital already established as the fastest growing customer channel, the impact of changing consumer behaviour and preference is being felt across all product, segment and functional groups as people fundamentally change how they communicate, entertain and consume media and in how they research and buy products and services. Engaging and communicating effectively with our customers through Digital channels is critical to Citi's future success.
Citi is seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager (Assistant Vice President) to join its regional team based in Singapore. This person will play an integral role in the transformation of our business to a customer-centric and digitally-led model, through the creation of best-in-class innovative, multi-channel marketing activities that will help to drive the successful growth of our business across 17 markets.
Key Responsibilities

This role will be based in Singapore with the following broad accountabilities:
  • Responsible for developing digitally focused marketing activities for the affluent cards products, in addition partnerships activities across Asia, Europe & Middle East
  • Ensure a consistent approach in the development and execution of marketing strategies that are scalable across multiple markets and pan out into effective marketing activities that supports business and marketing objectives within the set budgets
  • Plan campaigns that are anchored with clear business objectives and measurable outcomes, based on research, multi-market best practices considerations, competitors' landscape, internal test and learn models and built to drive optimal customer experience
  • Work closely with regional and country cards and marketing stakeholders and other partners such as customer experience, digital banking & communications, research teams for campaign synergy where applicable
  • Build a Centre of Excellence & Implementation for Brand by supporting the development of regional marketing frameworks and sharing the best practice of marketing activities across the markets
  • Drive effective innovations in marketing strategies and creatives led by marketing technology
  • Ensure timely and measurable key measurement indicators to track campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure all marketing activities are audit ready and adhere to compliance and regulatory standards


Qualifications

The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 6 years' of relevant experience related to creative agencies/ banking / technology / media and consumer sector(s) in a marketing, brand, customer experience or account servicing function Regional experience is preferred
  • Possess creative, good planning skills and a keen eye for details
  • Strong communicator who has proven to be able to build good stakeholder relationships and with external partners and vendors; as well as bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations
  • Entrepreneurial and energetic - engaged in new trends and ideas, keeps abreast of digital innovations and able to leverage available resources to create impactful results
  • Strong ability to drive results, prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in digital marketing, familiar with planning and executing successful strategies across multiple digital channels and tools including social media, SEO, programmatic advertising, email marketing, etc.
  • Highly motivated individual who is able to work under timeline pressures
