Description

Job Purpose:
  • Drive the Segment Acquisition Strategy across online and offline channels with focus on qualified New-to-Bank (NTBs) and cost-per-acquisition efficiencies. Responsible for building and enhancing the Citigold Private Client (CPC) Segment Proposition cutting across partnerships, wealth management value proposition, privileges and customer experience. Support Head of Segment Acquisition & Proposition by managing and executing business strategies of responsible segment to build franchise and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Segment Acquisition Strategy both online and offline, covering offer construct, targeting strategy, sales incentive model, CVP content-building.
  • Monitor competitor movements, programs and promotion and develop action plans to remain competitive
  • Explore and develop new acquisition channels, solicit joint promotion partners
  • Champion break-through in online application process to achieve straight-through processing
  • Work closely with the Sales & Distribution team to ramp up and meet the aggressive targets for qualified NTBs across segments
  • Own and enhance the CPC Proposition through a focused wealth management proposition, strategic partnerships, privileges and customer experience / events
  • Spearhead a new and emerging sub-segment under the CPC value proposition, including product offering, service model and privileges. Working through AML and other regulations with L&C and Sales Compliance.
  • Support Head of Segment Acquisition & Proposition in growing business franchise of segment and ensure smooth operations in Product & Segment team
  • Formulate and execute marketing programs that encompass market opportunities, development and penetration
  • Attend to details of programs including marketing tactics, profit and loss impact, rollout recommendations, and MIS tracking
  • Oversee expense management, in particular focus on Marketing Expense Efficiency
  • Ensure overall risk control with full adherence to all laws and regulations and Citigroup policies and procedures
  • Prepare proposals, program evaluation including sales tracking for campaigns and program results / performance


Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:
  • Minimum 8 years marketing experience in banking industry
  • Preferably with experience with the Affluent and Super Affluent segment
