  • Be part of the Singapore Franchise FP&A team and focus on providing support on forward looking and performance management deliverables for GCB Cards and lending products
  • This role requires working closely with Controllers, COEs and management team to define, analyze and articulate possibilities to support the country objectives. Assisting senior management within Finance and the business in interpreting business performance against targets and business dynamics given macroeconomic and markets factors
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment without close supervision and with colleagues across the finance taxonomy
  • In addition, the candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial and management data encompassing revenue, expenses, drivers and other financial data for business reviews
  • Analyze trend analysis and solicit commentary from the business
  • Review and analyze allocations, channels, customers and products to identify opportunities and risks
  • Incorporate strategic analysis and insights into management reporting
  • Involve in annual budget and monthly outlook preparation and review
  • Involve in the Regulatory forecasting (ie. CCAR, ICAAP & IWST) exercise for Cards & Lending products. Engage business in the review of the models and the forecasted output as well as ensure overall documentation are met/complied
  • Business engagement in financial related matters from product revenue discussion to assist in identifying expense reduction
  • Proactively engaging and interfacing across Businesses, Finance, and other relevant functional departments to leverage information and streamline processes to drive performance

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree
  • Excellent academic record with a numerical background
  • Understanding of Consumer Banking business is a plus
