A global multi-energy company is seeking a Gasoline operator to join their team.

-Liaise with counterparties, surveyors, agents, suppliers and buyers, logistics team, treasury/finance and/or other related departments on updates of loading/unloading, cargo operational requirements, and ensure smooth execution of transactions
-Drafting of sales contract and preparation of purchase contract counter in accordance to the deal confirmation
-Manage storage, blending and processing contracts
-Coordinate all loadings/unloadings of cargos to minimise mishaps
-Keep track of vessels chartered by the company and optimise the rotations and loading plans
-Ensure that all vetting procedures for vessels and barges are being adhered to
-To work closely with Trade Finance team to obtain financial guarantees from counterparts
-Identify any operational issues and and activate all necessary actions in a timely manner
-Invoice customers and ensure timely payment to suppliers

Competencies and Skill Sets required:

-Experience in Gasoline Operations
-Graduate degree
-Able to work well under pressure
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly organised and motivated individual with a keen eye for details
-Ability to multi-task, and is an excellent team player.
