Develop the strategic plans for Wealth Management to meet the business objectives in assuming full management responsibility of Wealth Management P &L, Product & Marketing function & sales productivity.

Job Description

•Develop and implement strategic plan / business models and strategies of Retail Banking Wealth in the Affluent & HNW segment  locally and overseas

• Manage and enhance the suite of Wealth Management products & services offering 

• Oversees the development of Wealth Management policies and procedures

•Manage Sales & Distribution efforts including sales force / channels management

• Enhance he bank’s profile in Wealth Management & grow the contribution of Wealth revenue to bank, assigned portfolio in terms of AUM and customer base

• Provide leadership to the team of Wealth Management (Product & Sales)

• Take on leadership role in Compliance matters with regards to Wealth Management business

•Coordinate with other units to ensure availability of required support infrastructure. 

•Adhere to internal & external regulatory requirements & guidelines

•Build cross-border business

Job Requirements

•Minimum 15 years experience in Wealth Management, Acquisition in the Affluent & High Net-worth segment with stint in sales management, product and P&L roles

•Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Economics

•Sound knowledge of the full range of consumer wealth management products and a good understanding of financial markets and trends

•Well informed about market competition / best practices with a strong business acumen

•Be familiar with regulatory requirements and impact on consumer sales practices

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
