Reporting to the COO/CFO, you will be supporting on corporate finance matters and be actively involved in supporting key decision making and strategic planning to drive the growth of the Group. You will also be responsible for related board and key stakeholder management for the Group.
You will be responsible for developing financial performance measures to generate data driven business insights in order to monitor and drive business improvement initiatives. You will be familiar with financial modelling and forecasting processes for a fast-moving business.
As the Group is also growing through acquisitions, you will also be responsible to identify and evaluate investment opportunities that are in line with the Group’s growth strategies. You will develop financial models and conduct valuation analysis of the prospective investments. You will also play a leading role in overseeing the transaction process including due diligence and planning for post-acquisition integration.
