Our client, a Global finance company is looking for a Head of Finance to be responsible for the finance function across the region. You will be managing a lean finance team reporting to the Singapore Country Manager.
Role and Responsibility:
- Responsible for supporting the business in budgeting and forecasting processes as Head of Finance
- Working closely with Senior management team and providing advice from a finance angle on business plans, strategies and initiatives
- Internal and external financial reporting to relevant stakeholders when required
- Ensure reliability, control and compliance of processes and policies with statutory requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields. Additional related Certifications and Qualifications will be desirable.
- Solid accounting and finance background with 10 years of experience including budgeting and cash flow management responsibilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to challenge decisions from Senior Management team
- Hands on leader unafraid to work independently and delegate tasks across a lean team, people management experience would be advantageous
