An established life insurance brand is building out its High Net Worth (HNW) business, and this is the mandate to shape how affluent clients experience it, end to end. From strategy to signature events, you will be custodian of the entire HNW client journey from owning the proposition, the brand, and every client interaction. What you'll own

• Define and execute the HNW client experience strategy; design tailored client journeys
• Strengthen the HNW brand proposition in partnership with Marketing on premium, targeted campaigns
• Design and run exclusive events from wealth forums, lifestyle experiences, bespoke broker engagement programmes
• Build relationships with luxury brands, private members' clubs, family offices, and wealth advisers
• Own the engagement KPI framework and report into the MD, HNW

What we're looking for

• 8-12 years in HNW or private wealth client engagement across private banking, wealth management, insurance, or asset management
• A track record of turning engagement into measurable outcomes - pipeline conversion, policy acquisition, retention
• Experienced in managing agencies, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and marketing budgets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline
