about the job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business or commercial banking lending professional and leader who has a successful track record in leading acquisition teams in commercial lending for enterprises with at least 10 million USD turnover per year. The candidate should have a good understanding of factoring, letter of credits, loans and ideally trade credit insurance. You will lead a team of business development and client acquisition managers who will be acquiring SME and corporate customers through direct, broker and digital channels to achieve sales targets.
skills and experience required
We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of commercial lending or credit insurance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. The individual should demonstrate a strong track record leading hunter teams and able to build successful pipelines to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
