Payment Operations

• Take responsibility in the design and implementation of the system and develop operating procedures
• Represent the bank in the engagement with payment networks/providers
• Familiar with Local and Global Securities
• Strong working knowledge of MEPS+ & SWIFT

Operations Project Management

• Lead the design and development of various key client operational processes
• Drive strategy and improve quality and productivity for Operations
• Set up and manage the customer experience journey including the improvement of customer-related systems and processes
• Experience in programming would be an added advantage

Contact Centre Operations

• Manage a team in the top tier delivery of solutions via various channels (e-mails, phones, automated-systems)
• Lead the design and implementation of targets and service level agreement with top management stakeholders
• Identify operational issues and design strategy for process improvement

To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Retail Banking Operations
- Strong track record in managing BAU functions in Payments or Contact Centre
- Exposure in Project Management
- Excellent communication skills
