My client is an extremely fast growing and successful FinTech start-up. There are two sides to the business the first is self-sovereign identity built on blockchain. Real cutting-edge technology that is going to grow exponentially. The other is Crypto advisory and digital asset management supporting market leading technology.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the top cutting-edge vendors in the start-up world. The role will be based in their newly opened Singapore office and you will be charged with setting up and driving new business across APAC.
As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for growing the business and increasing its market share. You will look at creating and implementing new business strategies that will increase their business presence and revenues across Asia. The role will be dealing with leads and new business opportunities from cradle to grave selling complex enterprise software solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role will have an extremely strong track record in not only growing a region but managing teams across APAC. You will need to have the ability to lead a team across multiple product verticals and to drive multi-million $ new business sales across the region. You must have a proven track of selling complex projects and software in Asia. It will be a huge benefit if you have previously performed in a similar role or worked in the start-up community.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record of hunting new business and growing sales teams across APAC.
- Strong experience selling to FSI across both the buy and sell side. Strong banking connections would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of new and emerging technology.
- A genuine interest in Blockchain and the Crypto space would be highly advantageous.
- Need to have a forward thinking and entrepreneurial mind set and attitude.
- Have a strong network across the financial markets in APAC.
