Helpdesk Specialist, Orange Force Command Centre
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be reporting to the Team Leader, Orange Force Command Centre. Along with your Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Command Centre remains an efficient call advisory centre for our customers. Your role is pivotal in upholding our values for customer centricity. You will provide our customers with pleasant experiences, patiently attending to them and exceeding their expectations. By truly understanding our customers, you will then offer them the best advice to manage their overall claims cost.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage phone-in customers from accident scene
  • Deployment and monitoring of riders to the accident scene, sources can be from phone-in and one motoring
  • Assist riders with their enquiries on the scene
  • Be a liaison between parties to manage the overall claims cost for our customers and the organization
  • Motor insurance policy and claims servicing by phone or e-mail


Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline with at least 2 years of Call Centre experience
  • Be able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Successful applicants will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI and ComGI)
