IT Business Lead Analyst (VP)
The role aligns to one of the key strategic goals in delivering Production Management for GCT with a world-class standard of service quality, through accelerated maturing of service management processes and reducing service risk profile for newly created Payment Ecosystem /API/ESB and BPM services. Role requirement is to align services across Asia and EMEA regions.
The IT Business Unit Lead Analyst are expected but not limited to :
Provide coaching to L2 support to manage the production support for Payment ecosystem across Asia and EMEA markets..
Provides expert advice to the team to constantly improve the production system quality and services availability.
Manages the escalations from L1, L3, Business, technology partners and extended partners outside of organization,
Provides expertise in managing NGINX/PCF/API/ESB / BMP service functions and provide prompt response to service requesters.
Review and update SMF for API/ESB / BMP and Payment ecosystem.
Abilities to take end-end accountability and provide coaching to the mid-level manager
Take ownership of multiple API/ ESB/BMP related modules across Asia and EMEA regions in production management.
Take ownership to identify the resiliency challenges and drive to closure for digital services.

  • Excellent production and Project Management skills
    Excellent Communication skills, Relationship management and Ability to persuade stakeholders
    Ability to come up with innovative solutions , identify risk and provide sound mitigation.
    Excellent  knowledge in Global Consumer products, especially payment area.
    Apply influence skills
    Able to lead and motivate team to optimize their performance.
    Demonstrate capability to provide guidance to team .
    Effective expectation management to all parties.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a technology planning role.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one area of technology planning.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
