JOB DESCRIPTION
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
- Organize and schedule internal meetings and appointments
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease; ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general support to visitors
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma in Office Administration or any other related discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience as receptionist or in the office administration field
- Pleasant, positive disposition and a team player
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, meticulous and responsible. A “can-do” attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must, strong Mandarin would be an advantage
- Good command of MS applications especially excel and powerpoint. Chinese word processing, an advantage
- General accounting knowledge is a plus
