My client is a prestigious Investment Management firm, is currently looking to hire an experienced Operations Transformation and Innovation Specialist to work in their Singapore office.

The successful candidate will drive the transformation projects from inception to production. He/She must have a digital product management mentality. He/She will be defining and scaling initiatives with clear communication on change management, industry directions, and the value of innovations. He/She will keep the company on the leading edge by identifying market-disrupting innovations strategically and tactically.

He/She will evangelize new solutions across the business, partner effortlessly internally and externally. You will be looking for new ways of streamlining or re-engineering processes already in place, to realize gains in operating efficiency while reducing risk, and delivering strategic transformation. Also, he/she will guide relevant disruptive innovations and develop strategic initiatives to achieve robust and state-of-the-art operating models.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

- Bachelor qualified
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- MUST have a solid background in areas such as:
   - Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning
   - Blockchain
   - Fintech
   - RPA
- Good experience in project management and change management with the ability to scan product landscape, analyze options, and provide solutions.
- Well versed in programming (Python preferred), visualization, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Quick learner, able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, high sense of urgency
