Job Description

Client Marketing Support (70%)

• Support the preparation, formatting, and refinement of pitch books, marketing collateral and management presentations in line with corporate branding and style guidelines
• Ensuring alignment, spacing, font consistency, and updates to charts, tables, and development of infographics or icons
• Execute visual layouts based on provided instructions, templates, and reference materials
• Support project- or initiative-related presentation and visual materials on an execution basis, as required

Intranet Support (20%)

• Upload and maintain approved content only on the intranet platform
• Conduct routine content verification and housekeeping checks (e.g. accuracy, completeness, broken links)
• Raise change requests or issues to the technical team where applicable

Other creative work assigned (10%)

• Projects or initiatives that may arise
