Product Marketing Manager

In the Product Marketing role, you will be a part of the APAC Regional Product Marketing team to bring products to market.

The role is responsible for three principal areas:

  1. Product Marketing Plan, including framing and communicating market opportunities, propositions, product positioning, content creation and launch execution;
  2. Go-To-Market Support for all business lines across APAC, including the development of creation of sales enablement and marketing materials;
  3. Industry and Market Research and Analysis, Understand the competitive landscape and establish our competitive advantage through the differentiated positioning of Experian's solutions.

More specifically, this position is primarily responsible for:
  • Creating and owning the Product Marketing plan and Launch execution marketing calendar for the product
  • Understand STP, 4P and 5Cs with respect to a product and use it for market identifying opportunities to creatively position Experian's relevant capabilities for maximum success;
  • Clearly evaluating, articulating and communicating our product propositions across industries (e.g. financial services, telecommunications, utilities, public sector / government);
  • Working in collaboration with Global and Regional leaders on marketing positioning and support tools - ensuring that core messaging and materials are created that can be easily adapted to meet regional/local needs;
  • Creation of marketing and sales literature working with the appropriate partners and stakeholders.

  • A strong communicator
  • Grounded in a technology field with the ability to quickly grasp the business-to-business market across verticals and regions .
  • Expert at deriving meaning and clarity from diverse sources of intelligence to understand market opportunities, position Experian capabilities into differentiated propositions, and create compelling messaging frameworks .
  • Adept at conveying i deas and information through slides, presentations and written materials.
  • An energetic and highly organized individual with 5-7 years of experience in product marketing.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, marketing / business degree preferred
  • Experience in the product marketing business-to-business market for information services, analytics services or high technology products, as is in business consulting firm.
  • Excellent writing skills and oral communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of market segmentation, strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities across a variety of channels
  • Detail orientation - ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and MS Excel.
