Description

  • This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and management of Insurance products with focus on the Credit Cards & Ready Credit:
  • Understand the general insurance/financial protection needs of the Credit Card & Ready Credit consumer segment and develop/customise relevant protection products and services for them by collaborating closely with product suppliers/partners and multi-functional team;
  • Responsible for the product development cycle from conceptualisation to development to go-to-market;
  • Manage the product range through ongoing business review and product intelligence;
  • Responsible for end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful rollout; including working with multi-functional stakeholders on sales training, marketing communications campaigns, promotions, etc.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support a              continuously growing insurance business within Credit Cards and Ready Credit
  • This role will also need to ensure that the product and processes are in adherence with internal controls and regulations
  • The role will also need to provide a product strategy and roadmap
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the products, developing sales tools and collateral
  • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast and has a responsibility of the product P&L
  • Brief and train the intermediaries


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree and above with at least 3 to 5 years of team management experience
  • Experience in leading large teams
  • Knowledge of unsecured bank card products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, strong appreciation on MIS and Trend Analysis
  • Positive mindset and enjoy taking accountability of sales performance
