What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of real estate customers; and be accountable for developing and deepening the banking relationship with these customers.
Service new/existing corporate businesses with the full range of financial products and services, including cross-selling private banking, capital markets, corporate finance, treasury and cash management products.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from OCBC overseas network to pursue opportunities with network customers outside of Singapore.
Prepare credit proposals and credit reviews.
To generate revenue from existing and new relationships and be responsible for enhancing clients' relationships and servicing of clients' day-to-day needs resulting in excellent after sales customer service and support and an increase of our share of the wallet of the clients' businesses.

Qualifications
What you bring
University degree with minimum of 4 years credit and marketing experience with corporate customers.
Sound working knowledge of banking products, including treasury, cash management, and investment banking.
Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills.
Experience in real estate lending preferred.
