Risk Analyst, Technology, Information and Cyber Risk (Contract)

  1. Handle data loss channels monitoring and reporting (e.g. Bloomberg).
  2. Monitor and escalate Data Loss Prevention (DLP) system alerts and ensure all incidents are tracked to closure.
  3. Assist and support the team on the maintenance of operational risk policies and departmental standard operating procedures to ensure the documents are updated on schedule, remain relevant and current.
  4. Assist and support the team on the consolidation and preparation of Technology, Information and Cyber Risk metrics / dashboard .
  5. Prepare MIS reports to support Senior Management, Risk Committees and OCBC Group on operational risk oversight.
  6. Provide support to the department on the roll-out of operational risk methodologies and tools to enable the business units to manage their operational risks in a structured, systematic and consistent manner, including technology, cyber and information risk.
  7. Assist in the preparation of training materials, broadcasts to strengthen and promote operational risk awareness.

  • Diploma or University degree in Information Technology, Computing, or Information Security related studies.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Information Security, Technology Risk Management or Operational Risk Management in the Financial Services Industry preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A risk-conscious person, especially for Technology & Information Security, and Data Loss related risk.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to facilitate interactions with key stakeholders and Business Units.
  • Able to exercise sound judgment and establish plans to manage the execution of deliverables within the stipulated timelines.
  • Self-driven with attitude and aptitude to learn and accomplish tasks that have been assigned.
  • Data driven / analytical mindset and good report writing skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a competitive environment
  • A team player.
