About this role:

The Transformation Group's Experience Strategy team is looking for a senior Experience Designer with deep understanding of cutting-edge customer-centric design practices (Computational design, Service Design, data-driven experimentation, Design thinking, customer journey thinking). This role will require creativity with scientific rigour and discipline to enable DBS to create joyful customer experiences through customer-led design and experimental approaches,

Responsibilities:
  • Lead transformation initiatives by using design thinking, behavioural science, gamification and/or other CX frameworks to develop overall strategy
  • Drive DBS culture and thought leadership in the CX space for internal and external channels, including maintaining expertise in emerging trends
  • Coach, consult and advise CX communities & ongoing projects on research and CX best practices
  • Design and facilitate workshops and trainings that build CX awareness and capabilities
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in design, strategy and/or related fields with 7 - 10 years of experience working on customer and business journeys using relevant design thinking, service design, behavioural science, gamification and/or other CX frameworks
  • Significant experience managing senior sponsors and working team squads
  • Strong project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Clear, concise writing, speaking and presentation skills
  • A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment
  • This is a regional role, proficiency in multiple languages and experience working outside of Singapore is a bonus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of your working time
