About Our Team

We are a bunch of dynamic recruiters who love sourcing and attracting the best talent in the Fintech industry. The team is independent and spread accross Singapore, Hong Kong & Philippines. This role will be based in the Regioal HQ- Singapore and will provide full-life-cycle recruiting support for requistions within the sales function (e.g. Sales Executive, Account Executive, Technical Account Manager, Pre-Sales Consultant etc) in APAC.

Key objectives of the position are to fill open sales requisitions in a timely manner, build a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future roles and reduce recruitment costs via an emphasis on direct sourcing strategies. From time to time the incumbent may also be asked to support hiring needs in other functions and locations throughout APAC.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategy for sales roles
  • Employ a consultative approach to executing sourcing strategies which ensures efficient and effective candidate flow against current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain a strong network and candidate pipeline to ensure the highest quality of candidate selection and to support current and future hiring needs and potential growth opportunities
  • Regularly utilize and evaluate diverse sourcing methods including internet sites, employee referrals, networking forums and competitive intelligence
  • Communicate and support the established internal recruitment processes
  • Promote the company image/brand to candidates
  • Manage and maintain internal requisition management systems and posting functions
  • Pre-screen CVs/applicants to identify strong candidates with a focus on software sales experience
  • Provide assessment on candidates' applicable strengths/weaknesses
  • Manage scheduling and communication with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Communicating challenges/solutions that will result in improvements to the sourcing and pipeline recruiting process
  • Build an understanding of the industry that is specific to the business lines being supported

  • Follow and maintain consistency and supports overall recruiting methodologies, processes and workflow

What you bring:
  • Background which includes significant experience with recruiting sales professionals in the software industry
  • Proven success in recruitment with agency or in-house experience (or combination of both)
  • Substantial experience in competency based interviewing
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in recruiting across a range of APAC. In particular, experience with roles in Japan, Thailand and China will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multi-geography recruitment
  • Experience in direct sourcing and demonstrating creativity in sourcing quality candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet urgent deadlines
  • Experienced ATS user (eg Peoplefluent, Taleo)
  • Service oriented attitude (flexible, personable, and approachable)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to interact with all levels of executive and senior management
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including managing competing expectations, building relationships and engendering trust
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote hiring managers, third-party providers and candidates at all levels
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
