Tradeweb is the leading multi-dealer to customer trading platform to support Yen Swaps and JGBs during Asian hours for clients around the world. These products complement our global dollar, euro and sterling swap and government bond offerings to provide a suite of 13 products across fixed income, derivatives and money markets available to Asian clients during US and European hours. One of only a few companies to have received a license from the Japanese FSA to operate a proprietary trading platform, we are looking to extend our leading global e-commerce network for trading fixed income securities and derivatives in the Asia Pacific region.
We are currently seeking applicants for an entry-level position within our Singapore office. This person will focus primarily on supporting major financial firms who participate in electronic trading over Tradeweb. The person in this role will be the primary daily contact for all customer support issues, from training to troubleshooting, while working closely with an assigned salesperson to resolve customer related issues. The right individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible style suited to building relationships with a range of clients. To be successful, you will also need to demonstrate an ability to work closely with various internal teams both locally but also in the London and the US offices. Importantly, you should be an effective communicator, able to leverage and share information to maximise growth and opportunity within the non-Japan Asia Pacific region. Essential Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing/ Communications or equivalent
- Business level English
- Proficient with full MS Office suite
