Job Description:-

Job Responsibility


· Responsible for Merchandizing/ Store application support
· Web applications: TALEO, e-leave, Business process management, KOFAX, Kronos, Countwise, LoyalT
· Installation, configuration, deployment and support of OpenText ECM technologies
· Open Text (Livelink) Administration for BPM 9.7
· 24/7 on-call support for production support
· To co-ordinate between the business and offshore team to meet all the business expectations and deliver the customer service effectively
· Strong knowledge on Store operations
· To Coordinate with Local Business support team on Countwise application

Job Requirement s:-


• Looking for associate with 5- 7 years' experience in .Net
• Hands on experience in Kronos and Countwise products, BPM, Kofax
• 24/7 on-call support for production support
• Excellent communication skills in order to do execute this role successfully
• Manage and develop team capability for resolving complex incidents, prepare status reports for Customers and internal stakeholders with the objective of resolving incidents and addressing adhoc requests to support high complex issues with in SLA/KPI
• Experience in service delivery using ITIL Framework
• Good knowledge on store operation/ Merchandising related application
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets set (the tasks include incidents, service requests, identified problems, Operational changes, enhancements etc.)
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Comply with defined process during task execution (including problem management, KEDB management etc.)

· Hands on experience in Java, .net technologies
