Your team You will be working in the Group Internal Audit Credit & Enterprise Risk team in APAC. GIA's role, as an independent function, is to support UBS in achieving its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. We do this by assessing key processes as well as governance, risk management and the control environment within all business divisions and Group Functions (GF) globally. We are independent in our work and report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.

Our Credit risk team is mainly responsible for auditing the credit risk control functions across the Investment Bank, Personal & Corporate Banking and Global Wealth Management business divisions. In your audit you will be covering global credit risk audits with particular focus on the APAC region.
Your expertise • strong audit experience, preferably in an internal audit function of a comparable financial institutions
• global Wealth Management (GWM) background preferably as credit officer in 2LOD
• strong knowledge of credit risks in lending and trading activity, together with product exposure across asset classes
• strong data analytical skills and willingness to keep up with industry, regulatory developments and learn new concepts and methods with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• you are able to quickly understand complex processes and challenge the status quo, identify risks and inadequacies in procedures
• reliable when working independently, with sound judgment to determine when to escalate issues
• risk focused, and capable of using data analytics to gain insights into transactions and clients
• a flexible and committed team player
• curious and willing to discover all the aspects, with the ambition to advance your career in an international environment
