Senior Executive, Public Trust (Corporate Social Responsibility)

The successful candidate will support the execution of firm-wide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts. You will drive projects to completion and have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, while managing day-to-day program operations.
-Support the KPMG Cares team to establish and execute long term sustainable strategies and partnerships aligned to the business objectives.
-Lead the development and execution of CSR and D&I programmes, strengthen collaboration with community partners and internal stakeholders.
-Collaborate with like-minded organisations on new firm-wide initiatives.
-Assist in the preparation of the Global Climate Response (GCR) report and the annual Sustainability Report.
-Support the development and execution of employee engagement and volunteering programmes.
-Contribute to developing and executing communications strategies that excite, educate and deepen engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
-Develop program measurement tools, including tracking and reporting progress.
-Administer and track the firm's charitable donations and sponsorships
The ideal candidate should have:
-Bachelor's degree in Social or Environmental Science, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
-At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in corporate social responsibility, people-related work or project stakeholder engagement in a large and dynamic organisation.
-Strong project management, organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
-Excellent communicator with good written and oral presentation skills.
-Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to network, influence key members of an organization at all levels and utilize internal and external resources.
