Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Verify authorised signatures before accepting and executing the request
• Maintain user identities, role profiles and parameters based on approved access matrices and established procedures and meeting SLA
• Maintain proper records of user identities, role profile and parameters changes performed
• Issue user password in secured manner and ensure acknowledgement from user based on established procedures
• Undertake tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in Technology or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Focus on details, accuracy and service delivery.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work flexible hours and provide support on weekends during system implementations/cutovers.
